They actively support our efforts
to give a helping hand.
Numerous companies have designed promotions
to encourage giving.

 Discount for Donations - Shearer's Honda provided a discount on repair services for folks bring a gift for our food shelf.

  Matching Donations - Stewarts' Shops matched the contributions of individuals in their store to help our Food Shelf, especially when we are amassing thousands of dollars to pay for food for Christmas baskets.

Radio Promotions - WEQX in Manchester has hosted a music CD give-away to every person bringing in food for our food shelf. WVNR radio in Poultney has hosted us on their morning talk show to spread work of our events and services.
For decades the WSYB (Link) Christmas Fund has raised thousands of dollars to make Christmas giving possible for hundreds of area families. WSYB helps numerous families in our area.

Breakfast - the Rutland Holiday Inn provided free continental breakfasts to those same contributors who stopped with a gift.

Host a Fund Raiser - The Fair Haven Inn has hosted our annual December Gala to raise thousands of dollars for our Emergency fund - even at their busiest time of the year!

Donate Services - Apt Design Website contributed their marvelous creative services on the internet to create our dynamic website.

 

Holiday Giving - Rutland Regional Medical Center organizes a big Adopt-A-Family program every Christmas through which hospital workers purchase and gather a bounty of gifts for families who need a boost. Every year they serve as Santa for several families in our area.
