Active members of the Board of Directors:
Our Board members do not just sit and smile. They are committed and hard at work with you!

President Joan Brown from Brown's Auto Salvage is active on our food committee and in coordinating with Fair Haven Rotary and in leading our entire group.
Rev. Ed Morren is our Vice President and has led mostof our meetingsduring 2003 and is here working on a food distribution
Secretary Jan Morren keeps meticulous records of our meetings and pitches in on the Food and United Way committees.
Treasurer Mary Brown applies her expertise as an accountant in managing our finances and is setting up a computer accounting system for our entire organization.
Peggy Ackerman is now actively guiding our finance committee (appropriate for a banker!), and works regularly with Julie shaping our management plans for the growing activities of our little organization. Peggy also links us to the Rotary Club.
Supervisor Marsh Hudson-Knapp, pastor of the First Congregational Church of Fair Haven, works actively in promoting the work of our group through public presentations, and website and brochure text writing.
Tad Mandell spends most Wednesday mornings helping with food distribution
and all of the other activities of the morning. It gives him a personal feel for the difference we can make
Paul Van Guilder, long involved in supporting our work through the Eagles, has joined our team in 2004!
Aleda Dutton joined our Board in 2005!
Dave Mallory gathers bread for the food shelter every week.
Rev Laura Merwin gives us lots of encouragement and helps with phone calls.
Patty Canfield Stannard is very active with our publicity committee
Fred Capron from American Fund raising has been a huge help with Christmas gifts and providing warehouse space, trucks and helpers for food distributions.
