Our clubhouse provides meeting room for up to 40 people. It includes bathrooms for both Bucks and Does and a full kitchen. In 2003 siding was installed on the building improving the looks and better protecting our investment. In the fall of 2005, we received a donation of new concrete steps and last year installed a roof extension to cover the new entrance.  Below is a view of the inside.

The inside is completely finished in ship-lap pine installed by our members. Monthly club meetings are held here plus many classes and events.

A feature of the club is the Harold Deyo Memorial Trap Range and the Adjoining Pavilion. It is a beautiful site to spend an afternoon competing with friends. The trap field includes a fully automatic target thrower and 16 to 27-yard concrete shooting positions. The pavilion provides shade and seating for over 60 people and is used at many club functions.

A mainstay of any sportsmen club is the rifle/pistol range. Our club features a 100-yard range with covered shooting positions for 10 people. Targets frames are maintained at both 50 and 100 yards. To the left of the main range is a second covered shooting area for pistol and rimfire at 25 yards. There are a couple styles of benches provided as seen below, including stands made just for Black Powder shooters. We ask that all shooters follow safe range rules.

A completely new roof was installed during the past 2 years over our rifle range shooing positions. You will no longer bump your head when entering from the rear of the range and a ramrod will work anywhere, even with the longest of muzzleloaders.

Thanks to Herb Meyer for these great winter pictures of the clubs rifle range.  Below is a view downrange.

Pike's Pond

Pikes Pond is stocked each year with hundreds of Rainbow trout for our annual Kid's Day held in the spring. This pond is named in honor of long time member, Harry Pike who was the driving force in constructing this pond. Members may bring their sons and daughters at any time for fishing and adults can try their luck as long as they practice catch and release.

Sportsmen Inc. maintains an archery course located in the wooded area behind our clubhouse. This is set with flat targets for practice. The club owns its own 3-D targets and has a 40-target course laid out on the property. 3-D archery shoots are held several times a year. See schedule of events for more info.

The archery range includes a permanent tree stand with stairs for safe practice before deer season opens.
