Download adora-0.0.5b.tar.gz and gunzip/untar it in a suitable place. The resulting directory adora-0.0.5b contains the install files.
Make sure you have Tcl/Tk 8.01 or newer installed.
Run the file install in the adora-0.0.5b directory (This script assumes wish is in /usr/bin, if not you must run like this: wish install assuming again that wish is in your path)
If you opted to create the link in your path then simply type adora to start the program.
