magazine's 1998 VRML Contest. Interactive Precision Miter/Bevel Cutter Hold leftmouse on +- control panel icons above numbers (1-7) to activate associated labeled components. 1) Raise/lower entire unit to align horizontal laser with workpiece. 2) Tilt blade right/left about horizontal laser for bevel angle. 3) Slide blade in/out within cutting plane. 4) Move blade transversely to align cutting plane with horizontal laser. 5) Swing blade up/down within cutting plane. 6) Translate workpiece left/right to align cut edge with horizontal laser. 7) Rotate workpiece about vertical laser for miter angle. Click on end of motor to stop/start blade rotation. |
