INVITATION TO BID The Town of Brattleboro will receive bids for the
2009 PAVING PROJECT, until 10:15 AM local time, on the 8th day of July, 2009
at the Town Managers Office, 230 Main Street, Brattleboro, Vt. 05301, at
which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of bituminous concrete
resurfacing, sections of Town streets at 5 locations, cold planning on 2
streets, bituminous concrete curbing, traffic control, and cold planing at
intersections. Total quantities for
this project are estimated at 3685 tons of bituminous concrete pavement. Contract Documents and Specifications are on file at
the Department of Public Works, Fairground Road, Brattleboro, Vt. 05301, and
may be obtained upon request. The Town of Brattleboro reserves the right to reject
any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bids. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 30 days
after the date of the opening of bids. Date:
