Picsi under development is an off shoot of the old
BBS Program called Pics, A Public Domain System
It was widely used from 1978 through 1995. Now I am bringing
it to
The Internet in the following form hopefully to help
you,
Picsi carries in itself the following servers:
Http,Ftp,Telnet,Pop3,Smtp,IRC,Time1,Time2,Echo,Whois.
and the following Clients:
Web,Ftp,Pop3,Smtp,IRC.
It will even act as Remote access port for your computer
both
single user and family you will be able to send your
work
from school or from work to your home computer.
Yes I have bin thinking about other functions to add but
right now
I am primarily concerned with making the front end work
100%.

Also remember that Picsi is designed to do more than
just be a
stand alone BBS It can act as a Front door for you computer,
A Net Mail handler Blocker and a Complete Web site if
the occasion calls for it and can run on anything from
a Dialup
to a T4 line ( from 1 to over 10,000 users at a time
).
