Lack of restorative sleep is a common perpetuating factor for fibromyalgia and myofascial pain.  Many patients may have undiagnosed sleep apnea, and there are many different varieties.  This book clearly explains the basic why, how and where of breathing and oxygen transfer, and then goes into related symptoms and options for treatment.

This interesting book looks at ADD from a new perspective, offering alternative resources to deal with troublesome symptoms, as well as ways to utilize other symptoms in a positive way.

Interstitial cystitis is more than just an irritable bladder.  This book explains pelvic floor anatomy and physiology and how IC and other related conditions may be influenced by them.  If you have symptoms that might be IC, this is the book for you.

 
Family Manual, A manual for families of person with pain, by Penney Cowan.

Chronic pain can affect the whole family.  This book will help you to form and maintain a functional family unit in spite of the burdens dealing with chronic pain can bring.
 

TMJ, Its Many Faces: Diagnosis of TMJ and Related Disorders, by Wesley E. Shankland II, DDS, MS, PhD
