Single lot land appraisal......................$150.00

Mobile home reports.........................$225.00 (limited to Vermont only)

All short form reports.........................$150.00 (drive by, evals, etc)

Construction inspections....................$50.00 per inspection

My hourly fee is $35.00 per hour plus any expenses incurred (gas, film, film processing, additional software requirements as needed, etc).
