Arrived in Rutland in February 2001 as HLCX 7700 with HLCX 7701. Purchased from HELM Leasing after a year of service in Vermont, and given a the full VRS red repaint, and the new number. The 381/382 combination now seems to be the basic power for the Bellows Falls-Rutland-Whitehall route, other engines being added as necessary.
