I've been editing and writing for publication for more than 30 years. After leaving Harvard, where I was a PhD candidate and published a couple of papers, I spent 8 years as a journalist on a small-town newspaper, learning how to write for the average reader, edit, and interview. (The late Arthur Giese, Stanford University emeritus) I prefer writing to editing, and I’m good at it (see comments on my Home page). I am currently involved in several major writing projects and am not actively seeking work at this time. However, if you have a project coming up that you think would benefit from my skills, please get in touch with me, and we could try to work something out. |
