The following information is provided to help you keep custom plate charges to a minimum. Higher charges are usually due to the quality of artwork and layout supplied. Please realize that if we are expected to do the artwork and layout your charges will be adjusted accordingly.

When supplying camera ready art remember that it must repeat in both directions. The web direction is across the cylinder and is generally the short way of the sheet. The cylinder direction is around the cylinder and is generally the long way of the sheet. The available cylinder circumference's are 14.955", 17.296" and 17.875". The 14.955" is also used for multi-color jobs. Also, include print direction.

Computer generated artwork is acceptable. Our plate maker uses a Mac and has most of the commonly used programs. Please include the type face and file name for the tissue.

Syquest 5.25 or floppy disk are OK. Please mark direction of print ( see page 2 of Price

List - Plate and Art Work) and include a print Out for our office.
