One of my favorite sculptures. Conceived 15 years ago, this is number three in my "Angel" series. The series depicts a Beluga whale hanging vertically in arctic waters. Beluga whales often take this posture when scanning for intruders or guests in their cold environment.

This work is the largest in the series to date, measuring 6" x 6" x 41". She stands on a cube of Vermont Verde Marble. "Angels Come In Many Disguises" is hand chiseled into the face of the base.

Nantucket Whaling Museum accepts "Where Have All the Whalers Gone" as part of their permanent collection.

"Where Have All the Whalers Gone", a piece I sculpted in 2001 will become part of the Nantucket Whaling Museum's permanent collection.
