Rubik's Race: Finding your own copy

To answer the question I am most frequently asked: Sorry, no, I don't know where you can get your own copy. It's long out of print; and as I say on the front page, until I bought my copy at a local rummage sale, I'd never even heard of the game.

However, that said, here are a copy pieces of advice:

1. Check E-Bay
   ... or one of the other on-line auction services.
   Two or three years back I picked up a second copy as part of bundle of miscellaneous Rubiks-related stuff.

   Needless to say, a little hit and miss, but copies of the Rubik's Race show up there occassionally.

2. Try web searches
   Occassionally (but rarely) various on-line dealers will offer a used copy for sale.

   (But, given that you found this page, you're probably already doing web-searches...)

3. OTOH, if anyone does know of a good source for Rubik's Races (presumably used copies) please let me know;
   I'll be glad to post a link here.

4. Finally, if you were really desparate to get a copy, I don't think it would be too hard to make a reasonably good facsimile of the game.

   Especially if you (or a friend) were skilled at, say, woodworking or some related craft. Even cardboard or some such --although unless it were really good carboard, it likely wouldn't stand up to the punishment for very long.
