This is really two outstanding books by Robin Williams in one cover, The Non-Designer's Design Book and The Non-Designer's Type Book. Each book has their own page numbers and excellent index. It is a deluxe edition. The added color, and improved overall appearance add to the pleasure of reading and learning. I have Robin Williams 1994 black and white edition of the Non-designer's Design Book. I have kept it for years because of the principals presented and the clarity with which she presents them.

My own experience indicates that this will add to the appearance of all the documents you produce with your own designs or modifications of other designs. It will be a valuable reference for years to come.
