Board Members Present: Peter May (PM), Anne Fines (AF), Virginia Scholl (VS), Benji Cragin (BC), Ellen Pratt (EP)
Administrative Members Present: Amelia Stone (AS)
Meeting called to order at 5:35 pm by PM
The Board entered Executive Session at 5:40 pm to discuss a personnel matter.

The Board left Executive Session at 5:55 pm
VS made a motion that the Board accept the recommendation from the hiring committee to hire Ellen Tumavicus as the Art teacher.  The hiring committee unanimously recommends this candidate.
BC seconded the motion
The motion was passed unanimously.
The board expressed its pleasure with the qualifications of Ms. Tumavicus and thanks the committee for its hard work.
The meeting was adjourned at 6 pm.
