    General Release of Liability for the Use of a SnowLeopard Sled

    The undersigned agrees that:

    Sledding can be a dangerous activity, and serious injuries can and
    do occur.  Jumping the sled over ramps, hills, or other obstacles,
    and the possibility of hitting another person or object can result
    in injury to the rider or others.

    This sled is designed primarily for one rider and can carry a
    child or an adult.  It can be dangerous to ride "Pancake" style
    (where one rider is on top of another on the sled, since if an
    emergency bailout is required, the bottom rider cannot get off the
    sled until the top rider is off.  The sled is designed to carry up
    to a 250 pound distributed load.  "Pancake" style riding with a
    child on top is an acceptable riding style, if there are no
    obstacles that could be hit by the sled or riders.

    This sled can be broken under certain overloaded conditions.  If
    the sled is damaged due to abuse, then Duane K.  Becker retains
    the option of fixing the sled.  Damage due to normal use or
    material or workmanship flaws will be repaired.

    Neither Duane K.  Becker nor SnowLeopard Sleds will be held liable
    or accountable for any injuries suffered by or caused by a rider
    of the sled.

    If the sled is transferred to another person, that person is also
    bound by these conditions.

    The user accepts these terms in consideration for the purchase and
    use of the sled or sleds.
