The New England Youth Theatre is founded on the passionate belief that young people can run their own theatre with the guidance and assistance of professional adults. We strive to create an atmosphere of harmony and respect where children and adults can work together as equals, empowering initiative, positive attitude, kindness and teamwork. We'll explore our creativity through a wide variety of dramatic mediums and expose students to every aspect of the theatre production. From acting to advertising, choreography to lighting, directing to design, we'll cut capers on stage as we cut the platform legs that support it! And always, we'll have fun.

The New England Youth Theatre plans to grow into a regional theatre-mecca for young artists, adult professionals and master teachers from around New England. Fund-raising will soon begin for our own space with a stage, rehearsal hall, custume and scene shops. Stephen would love to hear from those interested in helping to develop this vision.
